Gelato, the software company behind GelatoConnect, the AI-powered operating system for print production, will showcase its latest innovations at Printing United Expo 2025, the world’s most comprehensive printing event.

Launched in September, the GelatoConnect AI Estimator is the industry’s first AI-powered quoting engine. It produces precise estimates in just 15 seconds and delivers branded, customer-ready quotes in under five minutes—cutting manual quoting work by 65% and boosting win rates by enabling PSPs to be the first to respond.
