Gelato+ Campaign 2025 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Gelato+ Campaign 2025 (“Promotion”) offered by Gelato ASA (“Gelato”).
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms, which supplement the Gelato Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”).
Capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Service, these Terms shall prevail for the duration of the Promotion.
1. Eligibility
This Campaign is open to customers who:
(i) receive a promotional communication (e.g. by email) from Gelato; and
(ii) start a new or re-subscribe Gelato+ monthly and annual subscription using the promotional process described in that communication.
Existing Gelato+ Subscribers. Subscriptions created before 21 October 2025 do not automatically receive Campaign benefits.
This Campaign is open only to customers located in: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, France, Sweden, Spain, Australia, Norway and Denmark.
Each customer’s eligibility, offer type, and applicable benefit are determined by the specific communication received from Gelato.
Offers are personal to the recipient account, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash.
2. Campaign Period
Unless otherwise specified in the customer’s communication, each promotional offer is valid for seven (7) days from the date the customer receives the promotional communication. The exact validity period will be displayed in the customer’s communication. Gelato may extend or shorten the promotional window at its discretion by updating the Portal.
Any such changes do not create a right to retroactive discounts or benefits.
3. Campaign Details; Reservation
(A) Promotional Pricing
Eligible customers will receive promotional pricing or discounts on certain Gelato+ subscription plans and/or selected products as described in their Gelato communication.
All applicable discounts are displayed in the customer’s Gelato dashboard, product catalog and applied automatically at checkout. Discounts may vary by customer, subscription type, region, and timing.
Gelato reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw any discount or promotional offer at any time.Unless otherwise stated in the communication, the discounts are visible in the catalog and may change without notice. The checkout price is final.
(B) Free-Shipping Offer
Free-shipping offers, where available, are subject to territorial limitations and will be provided only in countries explicitly stated in the customer’s communication. Unless otherwise stated in the customer’s communication, the free-shipping offer is limited to standard shipping in the United Kingdom, United States, Sweden and Germany.
Gelato reserves the right to amend, limit, or withdraw any free-shipping offer at any time.
(C) Combination of Offers.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, volume-based pricing, or referral promotions unless expressly stated in the communication or on the Portal.
4. Territories and Use Limitations
Campaign discounts and offers are available only in the markets and product categories specified in the customer’s communication and Gelato Platform. All uses are subject to the same limitations that apply to Gelato+ Subscription under section 28 of the Terms of Service, including restrictions and prohibitions on bulk orders, stockpiling, and multiple accounts. If Gelato reasonably suspects abuse or ineligibility, it may withhold, revoke, or reverse Campaign benefits.
5. Final Price at Checkout
Prices and applicable discounts for Gelato+ subscription benefits (including any catalog-based offers) are subject to change and will be reflected in the product catalog from time to time. Customers should refer to the catalog for the latest available discounts before completing a purchase. The price confirmed at checkout reflects the current and final applicable discount.
Discounts are catalog-based and may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is final and binding.
6. Changes to the Campaign
Gelato may modify, suspend, or discontinue these Terms or any element of this Campaign at any time, including eligibility criteria, promotional periods, or discount levels. Changes already applied to completed checkouts remain unaffected.
7. General; Privacy; Governing Law
This Campaign is subject to the Terms of Service (including governing law and dispute resolution) and the Gelato Privacy Policy. Participation involves Gelato processing personal data required to administer the Campaign and prevent fraud, in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.
